Malahat Spirits Co. Rye Whiskey is a rye whiskey made from 100% rye grains.
The spiciness of the rye leads the palate from start to finish, while the texture is silky, so the grain's flavour comes through without overpowering.
The nose is sweet, with hints of caramel, and the finish is very clean.
