Malibu Coconut Rum Original is a coconut liqueur from Pernod Ricard, made by combining Caribbean rum with natural coconut. It was first devised to help bartenders make a Piña Colada and is now used in many long drinks.
It is colourless and clear. The nose is marked by fresh coconut with sweet notes of vanilla and spice.
On the palate it is creamy, warm and lightly sweet, with fruity and spicy notes in the finish. It can be served neat, over ice or mixed with fruit juices.
