Malvasia Collio DOC from Muzic comes from the Collio area of Friuli. This white wine has an intense and varied aromatic profile, with fragrant floral notes and white-fleshed fruit such as peach and apricot, plus a delicate touch of aromatic herbs. The Malvasia grape is grown with care and harvested at full ripeness. Ageing in steel highlights the purity of the fruit and the minerality typical of Collio wines, giving structure and an elegant balance between softness and acidity. It pairs with fish, shellfish and light starters.
