Malvasia Dolce Frizzante - Perini

A sweet sparkling wine made from Malvasia grapes, traditionally grown in Italian lands. It has a sweet aromatic profile and delicate bubbles. The nose offers an enveloping bouquet of intense floral notes with hints of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot. On the palate the sweetness of the fruit is balanced by fresh acidity, while fine, persistent bubbles add a crisp, effervescent texture. It suits light desserts, spicy dishes or an aperitif, and is best served well chilled at about 6-8°C.
