Malvazija - Cantina Benvenuti

A white wine from Cantina Benvenuti, made from Malvazija, an indigenous grape with an intense aromatic profile. It expresses the minerality and freshness typical of Istria. Bright straw yellow in colour, it offers delicate notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a pleasant citrus vein. The palate is balanced, fresh and harmonious, with good structure and light saline sensations linked to the maritime microclimate. Ageing in steel preserves the purity and fragrance of the grape. It pairs well with seafood, light starters and fresh cheeses.
