Man O'Words Cask 857 is an unpeated single cask whisky from the 2017 release. It was double oaked in ex-bourbon wood, with a Woodford Reserve cask shaping its finish, and is bottled at natural cask strength, 58.5% ABV.
The nose offers creamy vanilla, warming wood spice, ripe peach and sweet biscuits. On the palate it is rich and oily, with green apple, caramel and warming oak tannins, leading to an elegant finish.
