Mancino Rosso Vermouth (75cl, 16%)

Mancino Rosso is a sweet red vermouth in the Vermouth di Torino style, known as Rosso Amaranto, from Italy. At 16% ABV and in a 75cl bottle, it is the red vermouth in Giancarlo Mancino's range. A Trebbiano di Romagna wine base is fortified and infused with 38 botanicals, including vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, myrrh, clove, cinnamon, orange peel, chiretta and toasted wood. The nose is dark red fruit with vanilla, rhubarb and warm spice. The palate is full-bodied and bittersweet, and the finish is long, herbal and bitter. The brand suggests it for Negronis and Manhattans.
