Many Hands Yorkshire Blended Malt Whisky (70cl, 48%)

Many Hands is a Yorkshire blended malt made together by Cooper King and Spirit of Yorkshire, described as the first of its kind from the county. It began in 2021, when Cooper King's pot still broke down and its neighbours across the Wolds stepped in to help. Malt spirit from both distilleries was filled separately into sibling casks and matured under one roof, then blended and bottled at 48% ABV. Just 1,922 bottles were made, each hand-filled and individually numbered. The nose is honeycomb, peach cobbler and blackcurrant leaf. The palate brings biscuit, toasted cashews and cracked black pepper, and the finish recalls toasted rye bread with butter and honey.
