A white wine from Griffin, made from Manzoni Bianco. It has a fragrant, composed profile, with white flowers, golden apple, ripe pear and a citrus note on the nose. The palate is linear and medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and discreet sapidity, leaving a clean, pleasant finish. It suits light seafood dishes, crudités, cereal salads and fresh cheeses, and also delicate vegetable first courses or risottos. Serve cool but not icy, around 8-10 °C, and open shortly before drinking.
