Maramato IGT Biodinamico - Tenuta Mara

Maramato is a ramato white wine from Tenuta Mara, produced in Emilia-Romagna using biodynamic farming. The grapes undergo a light maceration with the skins, giving the wine its vivid copper colour along with structure and aromatic character. On the nose it offers ripe red berry fruit, white flowers and a touch of spice. On the palate it is fresh and lively, balancing minerality with a light tannicity. It pairs with smoked fish starters, white meats and blue cheeses, and suits an aperitif or special occasion.
