Maraschino Stock (70cl)

Maraschino Stock is a traditional liqueur made from marasca cherries, a cherry variety with an intense, slightly bitter flavour. It is clear and transparent, with a nose of marasca cherry, floral and almond notes. On the palate it is rounded and balanced, with well-measured sweetness and soft, velvety texture. It is used in cocktails such as the Daiquiri and Martinez, and can also be enjoyed neat or in pastry recipes.
