Héritage Extra Brut is a sparkling Crémant de Loire from Marc Brédif, made by the traditional method also used in Champagne. Its low dosage gives a dry, crisp style.
The colour is bright golden yellow, with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose shows citrus, green apple and white flowers, with riper notes of nuts and fresh bread and a subtle minerality.
On the palate the balance is good, with crisp acidity and a finely creamy texture. Lemon, pear and yeast flavours lead to a long, clean, dry finish with mineral freshness.
