Marchese Malaspina Ortrugo Frizzante Colli Piacentini (12%)

A light, pleasant frizzante white from Marchese Malaspina. It has a delicate perlage and a bright straw colour, with fresh, direct aromas of white flowers, green apple and citrus nuances. The body stays light, with a fine bubble that refreshes the palate and leaves a savoury, lively sensation. It suits aperitifs and light dishes such as seafood starters, summer salads, delicate fried fish and soft fresh cheeses. Serve cold, around 6-8 C, in a simple glass or white wine glass. It is meant to be drunk young.
