A Pinot Grigio from the Collio DOC, produced by Marco Felluga from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown on the sunny hills of the area. After gentle pressing, it ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel, then matures on the lees for several months. It is pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet includes ripe white fruit such as pear, floral notes and light spice. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with softness followed by pleasant acidity.
