Mari Mayans Hierbas Ibicencas is a Spanish herbal liqueur traditionally produced on Ibiza. It is made with a selection of over 20 herbs, including rosemary, thyme and bay leaf, infused in alcohol. On the palate it is harmonious, with dominant herbal notes followed by citrus nuances and light sweetness of anise and fennel. Its texture is soft and velvety, with a warm, persistent sensation.
