Mars Kasei (70cl)

Mars Kasei is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, put together from single malt and grain whiskies chosen by the distillery team. They are aged in different types of cask for differing periods. After blending, the whisky rests in wood again and matures slowly, helped by the cold climate of the Japanese Alps. The nose is delicate, with honey and yellow-fleshed fruit, and hints of spice and smoke. The palate is medium-bodied and crisp, in keeping with the nose.
