A blended malt that pairs whisky from Mars and Chichibu, bottled at 54% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2015, matured in oak casks and bottled in 2021, with 10,918 bottles filled. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
Chichibu was founded by Ichiro Akuto outside the town of Chichibu, while Mars Shinshu is the other distillery in the pairing. The two differ in how their whisky matures, shaped by their different climates.
