Mars The Revival 2011 is a Japanese whisky from the Mars Shinshu distillery in the Japanese Alps, in a 70cl bottle. It marks the restart of production at the distillery in 2011 and is a limited edition matured in selected casks.
The nose has ripe fruit, chocolate and light peat. The palate is balanced, with a subtle sweetness, a touch of spice and gentle smokiness, leading to a long finish.
