Martell Blue Swift is a VSOP cognac from the House of Martell, made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Cognac region of France. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The cognac is aged in French oak, with American oak also playing a part in its character, and it draws on Martell's own eaux-de-vie.
On the nose there are notes of vanilla and red fruit. The palate brings apricot, baked apple and gentle spice, with a rich, fruity style that is both robust and smooth.
