Martingale Cognac (37.5cl)

Martingale is a Cognac from the Thomas family, growers who sold to the large houses for more than 100 years before launching their own brand under fourth-generation master blender Amaury Thomas. It is presented in a 37.5cl bottle. The blend uses brandies from all four core regions but leans heavily on the Borderies, the smallest of them, so the fruity and floral side of the spirit comes forward. It contains no added sugar, no caramel and no boisé. The notes run to Madeleine cakes, almonds, acacia flowers, vanilla and sandalwood, with a fresh lift.
