Martini Rosso is an Italian red vermouth from Martini & Rossi, made from a blend of herbs, spices and wines. It is bottled at 15% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The palate is built on botanicals, with sweet herbs, aromatic spices and a hint of bitterness in balance, and the nose is distinctly aromatic.
It can be served as an aperitif, over ice, or as an ingredient in cocktails such as the Negroni.
