A grappa from the Marzadro distillery in Trentino, made from carefully selected pomace and distilled in a bain-marie still.
Ageing in small oak casks gives a complex, enveloping character with mature fruit, spice, vanilla and almond notes.
Best served slightly chilled at 18-20°C as a digestif.
