Dic Otto Lune is a grappa from Marzadro, a family-owned distillery that began in 1949 and is now run by the third generation. Grappa is a spirit distilled from the pomace left after winemaking.
The name means eighteen moons, for the eighteen months it spends in four types of cask: acacia, oak, ash and cherry. The grappa is blended after ageing.
The palate is soft and creamy, with plenty of spice from the casks.
