A 2019 organic Carignan from Mas de Lunès in IGP Pays d'Oc. The grapes come from south-facing parcels, some with vines over 70 years old and yields around 35 hl/ha. After destemming and gentle crushing, the wine ferments cool in stainless steel with pump-overs, followed by malolactic fermentation, then matures for three to six months in tank. It shows cherry, plum, dark spice and roasted coffee notes, with a harmonious, full palate and a dry finish.
