Más Momentos Moscatel Cosecheros, La Mancha

An organic white wine made from Moscatel-Morisco (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) grown at Finca Antigua in La Mancha. The grapes are harvested in early September, while they still have good acidity and freshness. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks and is stopped by cooling after 24 days, leaving some sweetness in the wine. It is bottled after a few months to preserve aroma and freshness. The wine has a fine lemon-yellow colour and is lightly sparkling in its youth. It carries 57 g/l residual sugar and is suited to aperitifs, tapas, Japanese or Indian food, fruit salads, fruit tarts and blue cheeses.
