A white wine from Masone Mannu, made from Vermentino grapes grown on 25-year-old vines in sandy soils. The grapes are hand-harvested in the first ten days of September, and the free-run must ferments in stainless steel at controlled temperature before maturing on fine lees in steel.
It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows citrus notes of bergamot and lime, tropical fruit such as pineapple, wisteria and almond. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with citrus flavours and bright salinity.
It pairs well with grilled fish or fried seafood.
