Massenez Eau de Vie Framboise Sauvage (70cl)

This is a wild raspberry eau de vie from the Massenez distillery, in a 70cl bottle. The raspberries are picked ripe, then fermented and distilled gently using traditional methods, with the aim of keeping the fruit's aroma and freshness intact. On the palate it is intense and rich, led by fresh raspberry with red fruit, a light touch of vanilla and sweet spice. It suits serving as a digestif after a meal, and its clean, fruity profile also works as a base for cocktails.
