Mastic Vintage Strength Liqueur - Roots (70cl)

A liqueur from Roots, made with mastic resin from the island of Chios. Traditional extraction and distillation preserve balsamic and resinous aromas. The nose opens with pine, anise and a light natural sweetness, while the palate shows aromatic herbs and a slightly spicy note balancing the Vintage Strength alcohol. It has a long finish with warmth and freshness. Serve as a digestif, with nut or dark chocolate desserts, or in Mediterranean cocktails.
