Matsui 'Mizunara Cask' is a Japanese single malt from the Kurayoshi Distillery in Tottori Prefecture, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is aged in Mizunara casks, and oak, spice and delicate fruit run through its profile.
On the nose there are sandalwood, cinnamon and dried fruit. The palate brings vanilla, caramel and hints of citrus, followed by a lingering finish.
