Matsui The San-In Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl)

A Japanese blended whisky from Matsui, named after the region that includes Tottori Prefecture. It combines Matsui's own single malt with single grain whisky from an undisclosed distillery, aged in white oak. Kurayoshi blended and bottled it, and the strength was adjusted with water from Mount Daisen. The nose is usually described as dried peaches in oatmeal and poached pears. On the palate come thyme and toast, with a touch of apricot and lime zest.
