The San-In is a blended Japanese whisky from Matsui, made in Shimane Prefecture and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It combines malt and grain whiskies.
The nose brings oak, caramel and a little floral note, with earthy tones and a touch of fruit. The palate is sweet with malt and a little peat smoke, alongside vanilla, honey and a gentle touch of spice.
