Mattia Vezzola Rosé Brut Costaripa

A sparkling rosé from Costaripa, pale pink with fine perlage. The nose is delicate yet defined, with small red fruits, a light floral note, citrus and a hint of bread crust. On the palate it is slim and well balanced, supported by vibrant acidity and a savoury note, finishing dry and pleasantly persistent. Its light structure suits raw seafood, delicate fish dishes, fresh cheeses, an aperitif or light red-fruit desserts. Serve well chilled.
