Maxime Trijol XO Classic is a mature cognac blended from old eaux-de-vie, distilled from grapes grown only in the best areas of the Cognac region. It is a full-bodied style, part of the producer's Grand Classic range.
The nose shows dark dried fruits, which is typical of an old cognac. The palate is round and soft, and the finish is very long.
