Mazzetti 7.0 Grappa di Ruché Barricata (70cl)

Mazzetti 7.0 is a barrel-aged grappa distilled from Ruché pomace from Castagnole Monferrato, made by the Mazzetti d'Altavilla distillery in Piedmont. It was created for the company's 170th anniversary. The name refers to seven generations of distillers and seven villages where the grapes ripen, while the zero stands for the kilometres the pomace travels to the distillery. The nose is intense and original, with floral violet and a light spiciness. The palate is firm, soft and complex, with good aromatic persistence.
