An Italian grappa from Mazzetti, made from selected pomace of fine grapes. It is distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie still to preserve complex aromas and flavours.
It is clear and crystalline. The nose offers dried fruit, white flowers and a subtle spicy note. The palate is soft and complex, with natural sweetness and a light bitter note typical of fine grappas, and a long, elegant finish. It is suited to drinking neat or for meditation.
