A grappa made from Moscato, aged in wood. Floral aromas and white fruit notes combine with warm vanilla, honey and a subtle thread of sweet spices from the ageing. The palate is enveloping and well balanced, with round, warm sensations supported by a clean structure and good persistence, leaving fruity and toasted memories. The alcohol is present but integrated. It is best enjoyed slowly in a tulip glass and pairs well with dark chocolate, dry pastries and hard cheeses.
