A lemon liqueur from Mazzetti in a 70cl bottle. The nose is led by freshly grated lemon peel rather than candied notes, with a light floral touch. On the palate it is balanced, with measured sweetness and lively acidity over a soft, clean texture; the body is medium and the finish leaves a clear, pleasant citrus trace. Best served cold in small glasses, or used in light cocktails; with ice it opens slightly and becomes softer. It pairs naturally with vanilla ice cream, dry pastries and citrus desserts, and also stands up to fresh cheeses.
