Mazzetti Segni Riserva Grappa (70cl)

A grappa from the Mazzetti distillery, aged in wood and presented in a 70cl format. It is distilled from selected pomace using traditional methods. Wood ageing gives it an amber colour and aromatic complexity. The nose shows dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, chocolate and coffee notes from cask maturation. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a balance between alcohol warmth and wood-derived sweetness, leaving a persistent aromatic finish. It is suggested to end a meal, perhaps with dark chocolate or a good cigar.
