Medici Ermete Malvasia Reggiano Secco DOC Daphne

A dry, linear white wine with a fresh and fragrant character. The nose shows white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, light citrus notes and discreet herbaceous nuances. On the palate it is taut, with lively acidity supporting a savoury texture; the structure remains slender and flowing. The progression tends towards a medium-persistent finish where the olfactory notes return in balance. It pairs easily with light traditional dishes such as seafood starters, light soups, salads and delicate fish or vegetable preparations. Serve fresh but not iced, around 8-10 C, and drink young.
