A Vin Santo from Melini, made mainly from dried Sangiovese grapes in the heart of Chianti Classico. The name refers to the amber-pink colour typical of this rarer version. Long ageing in wooden barrels gives it a velvety structure, with notes of dried fruit, honey, sweet spices and a light almond nuance. It suits meditation, traditional Tuscan desserts, aged cheeses or small chocolate-based treats.
