Mercer + Prince is a blended Canadian whisky created by the artist A$AP Rocky and released in 2022 with E & J Gallo's Spirit of Gallo. The name comes from two intersecting New York streets that Rocky favours.
The whisky is double-distilled on Coffey stills and aged for a minimum of four years in ex-bourbon American white oak, with an influence of Japanese Mizunara oak added for baking-spice character. The bottle has two integrated cups, designed for sharing.
In the tasting notes, the nose is fruity with sweet aromatics from the ex-bourbon casks. The palate is smooth, with vanilla and caramel alongside baked apple and cinnamon.
