Mercer + Prince is a blended Canadian whisky made in collaboration with ASAP Rocky. It is twice distilled and aged for a minimum of 4 years in ex-Bourbon American white oak barrels.
Japanese Mizunara oak also plays a part, bringing a baking spice character to the whisky.
The nose has fruit aromas, while the palate offers smooth vanilla and caramel layered with baked apple and cinnamon.
