A Mercurey Premier Cru from Burgundy, made from carefully selected Pinot Noir. It has an intense ruby colour and a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, vanilla and light spice. On the palate it is well structured and balanced, with soft but persistent tannins leading to a long, aromatic finish. Ageing in barrique adds complexity and depth. It suits red meat, game and aged cheeses.
