A Merlot from Alto Adige with a measured, refined profile. It is clear ruby in colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, floral hints and light spice. On the palate it has medium body, silky tannins and balanced acidity, with a compact, pleasant finish. It suits everyday dishes, tomato-based pasta, white or light red meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at around 16-18 C.
