Metaxa 5 Star is a Greek brandy bottled at 38% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is soft and honeyed in character, with a dark, generous style.
The aromas are lightly smoky, with pine blossom, chestnuts, wild apples and hawthorn. Wild roses recall the May rose petals used in the Metaxa secret bouquet.
On the palate it offers honey, orange, jasmine and raisins.
