Method and Madness Single Malt is an Irish whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork by Irish Distillers. It is distilled from malted barley in copper pot stills, matured in traditional barrels, then finished in French Limousin oak casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by ripe apple and pear with vanilla and toasted oak. The palate brings cinnamon, clove and gentle baking spice in a creamy texture, and the finish is smooth and warming, with refined tannin and soft sweetness.
