Metté Eau de Vie de Sureau (50cl)

An eau de vie made from black elderberries picked ripe. The fruit is fermented naturally, then distilled in a pot still to capture a pure, concentrated aroma. No sugar is added after distillation. It comes in a 50cl bottle. The nose is fine and subtle, with dark berries, elderflower and a hint of herbal notes. The palate has good structure, with elegant fruit supported by well-judged spirit. The finish is dry, persistent and clean.
