Metté Mûre Sauvage is an eau-de-vie distilled from selected wild blackberries in a 50cl bottle. The fruit is fermented slowly and distilled twice to concentrate the aromas, and the spirit is not sweetened afterwards.
The nose is intense with fresh blackberry, wild red fruits, small berries and a subtle herbal touch. The palate is round, with the fruit supported by a firm but elegant spirit structure. The finish is long and dry, keeping the wild character of the blackberry.
