A Jamaican rum expressing the local terroir, distilled from local sugar cane and matured in oak barrels. It has an amber colour and opens with penetrating aromas of vanilla, sweet spices such as nutmeg, and subtle hints of coconut and toasted wood. On the palate it is soft, with balanced sweetness, mature fruit flavours such as banana and pineapple, and reflections of molasses and dark chocolate. The selected rums are carefully blended without additional filtration to preserve the natural character of the distillate. It can be enjoyed neat or used as a base for sophisticated cocktails.
