Mezcal Alipus Santa Ana (1L)

Mezcal Alipus Santa Ana is an authentic expression of tradition and territory, distilled in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made artisanally from agave Espadín grown on mineral-rich mountainous and rocky hills. The agave is cooked in conical underground ovens heated by oak wood, then fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats and distilled in small copper stills. The nose offers rich smoke with fresh agave, ripe fruit and earthy spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and soft, balancing natural agave sweetness with vigorous smoke, ending in a long, satisfying finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails.
